ran up Gr10. Felt bad going up because I was thinking about running with Lisa and the pressure was making me feel like hyperventilating. I´m sure my heart was going wild. Anyhow the good news is, I ran along and down very well indeed and felt good.
On Thur. the day when Lisa was meant to run with me she couldn´t and so I didn´t go again, as it was very windy. But feel very enthused and want to do a good run at the weekend. Maybe Mola de Segart. If I keep mtyself syked up. Got to focus on it.
Feel really good. End of March got the Vall D´uxo run 13 km hi8ll running. I hope Steve will come.
Running mum of 41 who also works full time. I live in Valencia. And run in the Calderona hills, now I rarely go on the road. Though I don´t have much talent I just prefer to be in the hills. I want to continue building up my mountain stamina. A mountain marathon is my goal. The transalpine to be exact. Though I wouldn´t say no to the Everest Marathon :)

My first 10 KM, Pedralba
54 mins and 30 secs. Quite pleased as I didn´t feel great at start. But after the ups there were, naturally, a few downs. And at 8 km I started to speed up and except for an up in the village I was running at a good speed. Hopefully will do it next year and will shave off a few minutes.
I was pleased after about 8 km !!
Next race 28th March Vall dÚxo. Hopefully Steve will come.

Another breakthrough. The reason I class this as a break through is for two reasons. Firstly I went at half past seven. I thought I was getting out at half five, but I had to drive the car into Pucol, as the break lights were remaining on. This put me into a huge bad mood, as it is so deadly boring. But I did it and fixed the situation. Got back with Steve and the kids from Karate and went out up The Cross in the dark and the cold. So the second reason it was a breakthrough was that I did The Cross in the dark. It is a bit tricky becuase it is hard to judge the height and angle of the rocks you run up or down, so getting hurt is more likely. Does this mean I´ll have to do runs after parents evenings ? Yes !
