A little break through for 2 reasons. Firstly it was very cold and I was very tired. Secondly because I did the monatery run in reverse in the dark. I did take 2 head torches, but really we need to buy a good quality one. So I´m happy, as really it is my second break through this week. My Sunday run GR10 in reverse was a great move. Can I combine it and do GR10 in reverse in the dark ? It would be a dangerous rocky down hill in the dark But still could be amazing.

Fantastic, I did the GR10 in reverse. Good things are that I did run all the way up with no rests. It was utterly stunning looking down towards Santo Espiritu as I began to descend. Running down the steps was pretty thrilling, though I felt my knees took a hammering. 55 minutes it was from home and running back through the paelleros. I´d love to get into night running.

GR10 23 /7 and Penya de Quita

Pleased as we are having too many late nights due to visitors here. So just to get out is impressive. Now only a few days left to get Penya de Quita and GR10 together. Hmmmmm what a killer that will be. But simply need to do it.
Mon. 19 /7, Jack and I went towards Penya de Quita and stopped at Bill´s turning. To be honest Jack was thrashing me as we ran upwards. I was feeling the effects of tiredness. Though he did stop after the houses. 53 mins

Wed 21 /7 I went up the cross on my own was quite gentle myself.

My very first blog. Went for a good, little run with our 10.5 year old Jack, around the monastery. Did well as we got up at 7am and left at 8.20 and this was after being at Bill and Cathy´s until 12am last night. 27 mins.
